Lemon Delicious


Fluffy and light tangy lemon dessert - serve hot with cream or ice cream or both

Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients

Method

  1. Separate eggs
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender except for egg whites
  3. Blend well
  4. Add mixture to greased oven dish
  5. Beat egg whites with a teaspoon of cold water until stiff
  6. Fold stiffened egg whites through other mixture
  7. Cook in moderate over (180) until golden brown
