Grilled Baby Octopus

Baby octopus cooked, marinated and grilled, served with a salad of mixed green leaves


  • 1 kg of frozen baby octopus

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of bicarb of soda

  • 2 lemons, 2 limes

  • olive oil

  • salt&pepper


  • 1.

    Cook baby octopus with garlic, when starts to boil, add bicarb of soda, cover and simmer for 40 minutes. Rinse in cold water, marinate overnight in lemons and limes, olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill, serve with a salad.
