Heat pan with butter until hot and bubbling(do not brown butter)
lightly beat eggs
Add milk
Add savoury OR sweet ingredients
lightly dip bread into mix on each side
Cook until golden brown.
Garnish according to sweet or savoury and serve immediately.

Notes & Tips
I do not browning the butter as it doesn't taste "nutty" like the TV Chefs say - it just tastes burnt and revolting and makes the food look like it has been dragged through the mud!
