Creamy potato bake


Potato bake with a cheesy top.

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes
  2. Crush the garlic cloves and rub around the bottom of the baking dish
  3. Layer the potatoes
  4. Mix cream and milk and pour over potatoes
  5. Season with salt and pepper
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg over the potato
  7. Sprinkle grated cheese over the dish
  8. Bake at 180 until potato is cooked and cheese has browned
  9. Approx. 40 minutes
