Creamy potato bake

Potato bake with a cheesy top.



  • 1.

    Peel and thinly slice potatoes

  • 2.

    Crush the garlic cloves and rub around the bottom of the baking dish

  • 3.

    Layer the potatoes

  • 4.

    Mix cream and milk and pour over potatoes

  • 5.

    Season with salt and pepper

  • 6.

    Sprinkle nutmeg over the potato

  • 7.

    Sprinkle grated cheese over the dish

  • 8.

    Bake at 180 until potato is cooked and cheese has browned

  • 9.

    Approx. 40 minutes
