crush biscuits in processor, add cocoa and coconut mix well. Pour dry ingredients into large container and add the condensed milk, mix well. Melt chocolate over boiling water until smooth. Roll teaspoons of mixture into balls and dip into melted chocolate, place on alfoil covered baking tray and place in fridge until set. Can be kept in sealed container in fridge for 2-3 weeks but they will not last that long.
Notes & Tips
If you don not like white chocolate than the balls can be covered in milk chocolate, with white chocolate streaks across top of truffles
