Chicken Parmesan


A delicious and healthy alternative to the crumbed version served everywhere

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast per person
  • 1 wedge of parmesan (grated)
  • 1 jar of ready made pasta sauce

Method

  1. Place chicken breast into an oven proof baking dish and cover with half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Pour jar of pasta sauce over chicken breast and top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in a moderate (180C) oven for 45 minutes
