Ingredients

Method

  1. Grease 2 x 23cm round tins. Set oven to 180C
  2. Leave the lemon juice in the milk until it thickens. Sift flour into a large bowl and add sugar, bicarbonate, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Add the softened banana, butter and milk, Mix well with electric beaters on low speed.
  4. Add the eggs and beat for 2 minutes. Stir in walnuts.
  5. Pour into greased tins and bake for 35-45 minutes. Cool on wire rack and dust with icing sugar when cold.
