Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix olive oil, garlic, onion, bay leaves, lemon juice and oregano in a glass or plastic shallow dish.
  2. Add meat skewers and marinade for at least an hour, preferably more.
  3. Cook skewers on BBQ or grill in a frypan until well cooked.
  4. Unskewer meat onto a flat bread, add lettuce & tomato to taste, garnish with a dollup of yoghurt and wrap tightly. Eat immediatly.
  5. Otherwise to serve 'make your own' skewers place all condiments on the table and allow people to make their own combinations.
