Lamb in a Bag


Melt in your mouth leg of lamb with a taste to die for. Its a set & forget recipe but the result is sensational. The perfect lamb everytime. Meat falls of the bone & cooks in it's own gravy.

Serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1- leg of lamb
  • 1 1/2 - tablespoons of plain flour
  • 2 - teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 2 - teaspoons of french mustard
  • 1 - crushed garlic clove
  • 1/4 - cup bbq sauce
  • 4 - teaspoons f worchestire sauce
  • 1 - cup of water
  • Pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1 - large oven bag

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients & pour into oven bag.
  2. Place leg of lamb into bag & seal.
  3. Piece a few small holes into top of bag.
  4. Place into pre-heated oven (250 C) cook for 2 hours.
