Lamb in a Bag

Melt in your mouth leg of lamb with a taste to die for. Its a set & forget recipe but the result is sensational. The perfect lamb everytime. Meat falls of the bone & cooks in it's own gravy.



  • 1.

    Combine all ingredients & pour into oven bag.

  • 2.

    Place leg of lamb into bag & seal.

  • 3.

    Piece a few small holes into top of bag.

  • 4.

    Place into pre-heated oven (250 C) cook for 2 hours.
