Pumpkin Butter

A simple, delicious, healthy, flavoursome alternative to butter.
Was served at a retreat as to accompany lunch, but finished up being all I ate!


  • pumpkin

  • tahini

  • plum vinegar

  • amounts - to taste


  • 1.

    Steam pumpkin

  • 2.

    Mash pumpkin to a fairly smooth consistency

  • 3.

    Mix ingredients


Spread over a great crusty bread.
