Tuna Omlette


Tasty Breakfast or Snack

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 100g tinned tuna ( preferably with chilli or any that is seasoned)
  • Salt/pepper (optional)
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Heat large frypan and add a teaspoon of olive oil ,
  2. Whisk eggs with salt/pepper and pour into heated pan.
  3. Cook until half set and then add the tuna.
  4. Cook a further minute and then fold in half and stand for a further minute.
  5. Served on a warm plate with your favourite side i.e. bacon, tomato.
