Add chilli paste to taste depending how hot you like it Stir and cook till blended
Add raw prawns and cook until just turning pink.
Add 2 tbls mango chutney and stir till blended
Add Grand Marnier and nuts
Put mixture into ramekin dishes and cover the top with rounds of puff pastry.
Brush pastry with beaten egg and cook in hot oven - 200C- until golden.
Serve with rice.

You can also cut rounds of puff pastry and put spoonfulls of filling on half. Fold over pastry, seal edges, brush with beaten egg and cook in oven on 200 until golden. Serve with rice or salad
