Cherry Prosecco Crush

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 2 nips grappa
  • 1 cup prosecco (italian sparkling wine)

Method

  1. Using a wooden pestle, crush the cherries with the sugar and grappa until well combined.
  2. Place the cherry mixture into 2 separate tall glasses.
  3. Pour the prosecco over the cherries in each glass and serve immediately.
