Cheesy Cob Dip


A tasty dip that everyone will LOVE!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the top off the cob loaf and scoop out, setting aside the scooped out part.
  2. Mix the cheeses and sour cream in a bowl, then tip into the scooped out cob.
  3. Place in a slow oven for 40 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  4. When you are about 10 minutes away from serving, place the broken up remainder of the cob onto a tray and toast in the oven.
  5. Serve with the dip! Yum!
