This is a very simple recipe and just happens to be my husband's favourite meal. I love to cook - but there are times when something easy to prepare is great - I came up with this meal in minutes from what was in the freezer one night after work. Both my kids have added it to their recipe stables. You will find the cheese melts into the sauce - yum!
I have found any left over cheeses are good in this recipe. I also tend to use the herbs that are plentiful in my garden at the time. I have experimented and added onion and garlic etc.
