Potato bake

Potato baked in the oven in a cream and sour cream mix



  • 1.

    Slice potatoes and onion and layer in baking dish with grated cheese in between layers

  • 2.

    Mix cream, sour cream, soup mix and mustard in a bowl

  • 3.

    Pour into the dish over the potatoes

  • 4.

    Sprinkle cheese on top

  • 5.

    Bake in 180c oven for about 1 and a half hours.
