Peppermint Puddings

Small peppermint puddings that are like rum balls great christmas gifts or christmas party food

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of chocolate ripple biskits
  • 1 tin of condesed milk
  • About 10 odd fellow mints
  • White chocolate drops for melting
  • Small packet of soft lollies make sure they have green and red ones in them they are for decoration on the top

Method

  1. Crush the odd fellow mint in a morter and pestle untill a fine ish powder
  2. Crush the choc ripple bicis
  3. Combine the bicis the mints and the condensed milk and stir toghether
  4. Roll small spoon fulls into balls then chill in the fridge
  5. Melt some white chocolate drops and put a small amount on the top for decoration then put on the bits of lollies cut up to look like holly on the top while the chocolate is still melted

These make a reat gift to give at christmas they look great wraped in a bit of cellophane with a ribbon tied at the top
