Pepermint Crush Log


Christmas (or anytime) after dinner treat.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Crush mints (with hammer in plastic bag is best).
  2. Crush malt biscuits & put in bowl with crushed mints.
  3. Add condensed milk and mix well.
  4. Shape into roll and cover in coconut
  5. Roll in plastic and keep in fridge for at least 24 hours before cutting ihnto pieces appeox 1cm thick.
  6. Enjoy
