Chicken and Leek bake

Combination of chicken breast and leek and bacon in a cramy mustard sauce



  • 1.

    Brown chicken breast

  • 2.

    Put aside

  • 3.

    Cook chopped leek and bacon untill translusent

  • 4.

    Place chicken in oven proof dish and spred leek and bacon on the top

  • 5.

    In a jug stir toghether cream and whole grain mustard and pour over the chicken and bacon and leek

  • 6.

    Place in the oven for 30 minutes or longer depending on the amount you are making


This dish can be made out of a cooked bbq chicken also it is good served with mash potato and green vegetables
