Salami Hamburgers


A very tasty variation of the humble hamburger.

Ingredients

  • Round bread rolls.
  • Fresh flat ready made rissoles from meat department(our's were from safeway)
  • Greek style yoghurt.
  • garlic clove(optional)
  • Salad vegies(we used lettuce, tomato, beetroot)
  • 1 fried egg per serving
  • Tasty cheese, sliced
  • Salami(we used bertocchi salami sopressa hot)
  • onion

Method

  1. Fry rissoles, eggs, onion and salami.
  2. Split buns and toast the centre's
  3. Rub clove of garlic on 1 half of roll.
  4. Spread yoghurt on 1 half of roll.
  5. Line 1 half with salad vegies.
  6. Line other half with fried ingedience
  7. Enjoy.

Can be left as open burger or joined together.
