Lyndal's Prawns

Prawns with Wasabi wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients

Method

  • 1.

    Peel and devein 12 prawns

  • 2.

    Place a thin line of wasabi down the deveined prawn.

  • 3.

    Wrap piece of prosciutto around each prawn.

  • 4.

    Lightly fry prawns about 40 seconds each side in a pan with melted butter.

  • 5.

    Serve on a platter with rocket or mixed lettuces

  • 6.

    YUM YUM

Notes

Ensure you have a drink if you are not used to dishes with Wasabi
