Choc chip and peanut cookies

Ingredients

Method

  • 1.

    Preheat oven to 180c

  • 2.

    Cream margarine and peanut butter with brown and white sugar.

  • 3.

    Mix in eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda.

  • 4.

    Finally add choc chips (put in lots, you don't want to be searching for choc chips in each cookie, if in doubt add the whole packet!)

  • 5.

    Using a teaspoon or tablespoon (depending how big you want them) scoop up some dough and roll into balls.

  • 6.

    Place on baking tray covered with baking paper.

  • 7.

    Cook for 10-12 minutes in a moderate oven.

  • 8.

    Cookies will come out soft but will harden as they cool.

Notes

I only cook mine for 10 mins so that they are soft and chewy. :)
