Choc chip and peanut cookies


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of margarine
  • 4 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • ¾ cup of white sugar
  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2½ cups of plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 packet of choc chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Cream margarine and peanut butter with brown and white sugar.
  3. Mix in eggs, vanilla, flour, baking soda.
  4. Finally add choc chips (put in lots, you don't want to be searching for choc chips in each cookie, if in doubt add the whole packet!)
  5. Using a teaspoon or tablespoon (depending how big you want them) scoop up some dough and roll into balls.
  6. Place on baking tray covered with baking paper.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes in a moderate oven.
  8. Cookies will come out soft but will harden as they cool.

Notes & Tips

I only cook mine for 10 mins so that they are soft and chewy. :)
