Sauteéd Potatoes in Indian Spices. A quick after-work side dish
Microwave the potatoes until cooked, in their jackets. Approximately 12 minutes
Dice potatoes into cubes, about 1 or 2 cm's big.
Heat oil in a frypan and add all the dried spices, cook until fragrant.
Be careful of the mustard seeds as they will pop.
Add the cooked potatoes and fry until golden brown.
Don't worry if you've mushed up the pototes, it will make them tastier.
Plate and sprinkle with fresh coriander
Great served with Lamb, Fish or any other protein
