A fresh tasting pasta salad.
400g penna pasta - cooked & cooled slightly
3 cups baby rocket leaves
300 g leg ham chopped
1 1/2 cups frozen green peas, blanched
250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
sea salt and cracked black pepper
Mix pasta with other ingredients.
Combine dressing ingredients and pour over.
Can add avocado.
Can replace ham with cooked bacon pieces or use both.
Sangiovese, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the best wines to pair with Ham And Mustard Pasta Salad.
