Chili Chicken Wings


Hot and spicy chicken wings tender moist and juicy.

Serves 4 to 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut chicken wings in half and remove the tips, mix yoghurt and hot chili sauce to taste, dip chicken in yoghurt mix and then coat in chicken coating mix. Place on a baking tray lined with cooking paper and shake liberally with chilli powder. Spray with the oil and bake in a moderate oven for approx 20-30 minutes until brown. Depending on how thick the wings are.

Chili can be left out of this recipe to produce plain juicy wings.
