Ricotta Love Cake

A really simple recipe to follow that looks as good as it tastes. A good one to let the kids have fun with.

Method

  1. Make the cake batter and spread it into a greased 23x30cm cake tin.
  2. Mix together the eggs cheese,vanilla and sugar and spread on top of the batter.
  3. Bake for an hour at 180c.
  4. As it cooks the cheese mixture drops to the bottom and the cake mix rises.
  5. When its cooked allow to cool and refrigerate.
  6. Serve with fresh cream and strawberries.
