Drain the brine from the Tuna, put the rest of the Tuna cans into saucepan
Mix thoroughly, if a bit dry add a few drops of milk or cream
Put peas, corn, chopped egg into mixture
Layer with Mozarella Cheese.
Put into baking tin with water (like a Bain Marie) put into oven at 200C, bake for 15 minutes, check to see if cheese is melted and golden brown, if so bring out of the oven to serve with a side salad of lettuce, tomatoes and red onion slices.
Notes & Tips
You could use just cream = but we have lactose intolerant people
No one is keen on Pasta hence this meal is sufficient without but Pasta would make the ingrediants go further
