3 x tbs soy sauce
juice of 1/2 lime
1 x tbs sesame oil
1 x tbs rice vinegar
pinch of chilli flakes
1 x tsp crushed ginger
2 x tsp crushed garlic
Whisk all ingredients together.
Pour over fish and marinate in fridge for half an hour.
Riesling, Pinot Noir and Rose are the best wines to pair with Thai Fish Marinade.
