Method

  1. Mix ingedients 2 - 7 together and spread over sheets of pastry. Roll up into a log shape.
  2. Wrap in Gladwrap and freeze until firm to make cutting easier. Slice 1cm thick and place on greased/baking paper trays.
  3. Cook 200C 10 – 15 mins till golden
