Decadent Christmas Rumballs



  • 1 x packet of Arrowroot Biscuits

  • 1 x 400g tin of sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 x tablespoons of cocoa

  • 1 x cup of desiccated coconut

  • 2 x tablespoons of rum


  • 1.

    Crush arrowroot biscuits using either a rolling pin or food processor

  • 2.

    Add ½ cup of coconut and cocoa

  • 3.

    Stir the mixture well

  • 4.

    Add condensed milk and rum

  • 5.

    Stir the mixture well

  • 6.

    Using your hand pick up approx. one teaspoon and roll into a ball

  • 7.

    Place ball and roll in the remainder of coconut (or roll in chocolate sprinkles)

  • 8.

    Place on a tray and set in the fridge


You can also add dried fruit or coffee liqueur to the mixture.
