This is for people who love macadlmia nuts and sultanas.
Enjoy it warm with custard as a desert or cold with tea or coffee.
Preheat oven 160C
Cake Tin - 9 inch round spring form pan. Double lined and greased
Add eggs - 1 at a time to creamed butter and sugar and thoroughly beat to combine, then add vanilla essence, lemon juice, rind and milk mix through.
Fold sifted flours, use mixer to to thoroughly combine.
Fold friut and nuts through batter.
Pour mix into prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until test skewer is clean.
