Tuna and Cheese Mornay


Just a simple dish I make for a quick and easy evening meal

Ingredients

Method

  1. Boil the pasta shells in salted water, when al dente remove and strain
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan remove from stove and then stir in flour to a paste gradually add milk until smooth, return to stove and stir in wine until boils and thickens, throw in a handful of grated cheese, the chopped shallots, chives and flaked tuna.
  3. Mix pasta in with it the put into two individual ramekin dishes cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with paptrika.Bake in a med oven for 1/2 hour. Serve with fresh warm bread rolls and a glass of wine.
