Berry delicious

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt of small meringue cases
  • 1 pkt frozen mixed berries
  • 1 pkt fresh strawberries
  • 1 small container mascapone cheese
  • 1 small container berry greek style yoghurt
  • I pkt slivered almonds

Method

  1. Crush meringue and divide among four dessert glasses or bowls but be sure to leave some to top the desert just before serving.
  2. Add berries and strawberries on top of the meringue.
  3. Mix cheese and yoghurt together in a bowl and add approx a large tbsn
  4. to cover the berries, then repeat this process so that the berries will be on top.
  5. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  6. Just before serving sprinkle the remaining meringue and almonds on to the top of the dessert

This dessert is best served in parfait glasses or brandy balloons.
