break a pre cooked chicken into small pieces skin removed. dont throw away skeleton as i make either stock or yummy chickes soup. chop up as much bacon as you like depending on size of pie/s. geate about 1-2 cups of cheese and cut leek into fine pieces, the combine all together. add about tsp of sage. no salt is needed as bacon provides enough. line pastry in dish and fill with mixture. pour cream on top cover with pastry bake until golden brown. easy! quantities are not very important as you can add or take as you desire.
