Quinoa Sushi


like normal sushi but no rice and with protein packed quinoa instead

Serves 6

Ingredients

Method

  1. Cook quinoa (about a cup) to instructions
  2. Let cool and stir in about 2 tablespoons of tahini - this binds it
  3. season
  4. Roll up as per normal sushi using carrot, avocado, cucumber, capsicum whatever is your favorite - dont forget the wasabi!!
