I had this recipe in a restaurant one day and came home and slightly altered it to my taste and Voila!!!
This is best served on a large flat plate, as it is easier to get to and easie to set out nicely. Firstly lay the lettuce on the plate, then cube the mango and place that evenly over the letteuce. Next crunble te fetta over the top, sprinkle wiht pine nuts, Cut some sno peas into 3rds, dice some avocado and lay those over as well. Last of all sprinkle with dressing and serve! This is also nice to add a few prawns to!
