If you have a tin of chickpeas in your cupboard, you're halfway to making these easy vegetarian burgers, which taste particularly good with a dollop of lime mayonnaise.
Pulse the chick peas, herbs, spice, seasoning and flour until smoothish. Mould into ‘burgers’, brush with oil and barbeque for 3 minutes each side. Serve in poppy seed buns with lime mayo, rocket, cherry tomatoes and pickled jalapeños.
