Stir fry chicken with Asian greens



  • 1.

    Heat some oil in a high sided frying pan or wok and add the garlic, chicken and a little diced chilli.

  • 2.

    As the chicken is cooking add the ginger, spring onion, mange tout and star anise followed after a minute buy the shiitake mushrooms and the splash of nam pla and soy sauce.

  • 3.

    When the chicken is cooked serve in a bowl with a sprinkle of the fresh coriander.
