1 egg, hard boiled and shell removed
2 sausages, meat removed from the casing
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp paprika
Mix the sausage meat with the chilli flakes and paprika and season well. Mould around the hard boiled egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in vegetable oil for 3 minutes. Drain on kitchen towel and serve.
Chardonnay, Other Whites and Dessert Wines are the best wines to pair with Spicy Scotch Egg.
