Puy Lentil Bake

If you haven't tried lentils before, this ever-so-tasty casserole might just change your mind. What's more, it's cheap and filling - a great option for families and students.



  • 1.

    Heat the oil. Add onions and garlic and sweat, do not colour.

  • 2.

    Add chopped cooked sausages. Add the tomatoes and reduce.

  • 3.

    Add lentils and season. Pour into ovenproof dish. Cover with breadcrumbs. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 200c until golden brown, and serve.
