Chinese Style Pork Skewers & Peanut Noodles

These pork skewers are perfect party food which can be made ahead to save time.



  • 1.

    Make the marinade for the pork (overnight).

  • 2.

    Skewer the pork and cook on a griddle pan until cooked about 5 minutes, first on high heat then place on medium heat – brush with some marinade and cook until sticky, like teriyaki.

  • 3.

    Meanwhile, heat a wok or pan and add the peanut sauce ingredients, then add the cooked noodles to it, then mix with vegetables and herbs, place the skewers on top of the noodles and vegetables and sprinkle with roasted salted peanut and wedge of lime.
