These home-made chocolates are so delicious, especially if you are a fan of mint. Serve them at the end of the meal with strong coffee.
In a pan heat the cream then add the chocolate and mix until melted.
Take the pan off the heat and continue mixing add butter mix well.
Leave to cool until set.
In a bowl add the mint to the sugar and mix well.
Then scoop into balls (parisienne scoop).
Roll the balls in the mint sugar, and then roll through the cocoa.
