Parmesan Crisps


Super easy canape with only 1 ingredient!

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 50g parmesan, grated

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Line a large baking tray with non stick baking parchment.
  3. Divide the grated parmesan into 8 piles on the tray.
  4. Bake for 4-5 minutes until melted.
  5. Allow to cool for 1 minute to firm up then lift onto a plate to cool.
