Kids and teenagers love these prawn potato cakes which taste yummy dipped in mayonnaise or ketchup. They make great canapes too - keep them small, though.
Scrape the potato flesh into a bowl and add the chopped prawns and garlic, mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, Worcestershire and parsley - season and mix. Make into small patties.
Dip into flour, egg and crumbs. Shallow fry on both sides. Serve with sprig of parsley and more tomato sauce or mayonnaise.
