Lychee Martini

Be shaken and stirred with this fabulously elegant martini

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of gin
  • ½ shot dry vermouth
  • 4 lychees, crushed or blitzed
  • Twist of lemon juice

To serve

  • 1 lychee, left whole on a cocktail stick

Method

  1. Crush or blitz 4 lychees.
  2. Combine with Gin, dry vermouth and a twist of lemon in a cocktail shaker packed with ice.
  3. Shake a few times and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with another whole lychee on a cocktail stick.
