Quick stirfried rice with avocado and horseradish


Serves 1

Ingredients

Method

  1. Warm the rice in the microwave.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, avocado, coriander and spring onions then place into a bowl.
  3. Heat the oil in a wok, add the warmed rice and stir well. Add the beaten egg and mix well until the egg is cooked.
  4. Pour over the tomato mixture season well and stir in the horseradish and serve.
