Salmon with radicchio and fennel salad


Serves 1

Ingredients

Method

  1. Slice the salmon thinly, and then place on a plate.
  2. To make the salad, shred the fennel (on a mandolin) and slice the radicchio.
  3. Mix together the honey, lemon mustard and oil.
  4. Place the salmon under a grill for 1 minute. Place the salad on top and drizzle with the dressing.
