rind and juice of half a lime
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
250g/8oz organic smoked salmon
16 medium cooked prawns
Mix mayonnaise with lime rind and juice and the sweet chilli sauce.
Divide between 8 tiny glass bowls or saucers.
Top with strips of smoked salmon and the prawns and serve with lime wedges.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Rose are the best wines to pair with Salmon and Prawn Chilli Cocktail.
