Sugar Snap Pea Salad

A delicious side to any dish.

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 800 g sugar snap peas topped and tailed
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup mirin
  • 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

Method

  1. Blanch the sugar snap peas in boiling water for 1-2 minutes until just tender. (They should be bright green).
  2. Drain and refresh under cold water.
  3. Place all ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate before serving.
