Banana and Peanut Smoothie


Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 150ml pot of banana or vanilla flavoured yogurt
  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 400ml milk
  • 3-4 cubes of ice

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz well until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
