Recipe by Jo Pratt
3 ripe bananas, peeled
150ml pot of banana or vanilla flavoured yogurt
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp clear honey
3-4 cubes of ice
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz well until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and serve straight away.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are the best wines to pair with Banana and Peanut Smoothie.
